It was a beautiful evening and there were many cars and people in the area. Â My sister Katie and I drove along the Pedro valley until we found this spot to pull over and climb down to the river, where I set up to paint. Â The sun set over the far hill sooner then I expected, but I was able to finish my sketch.

It was a beautiful sunny afternoon when I drove into this park and found a place with water and the red bluff. Â There was a path that led to a great place in the shade where I could stand and paint.
