Week long summer 2014 art classes in Indianapolis / Carmel

Want more individual attention than a typically art camp? The following week-long classes are for 3 to 9 students. Look over the following options and reply via the classes pages with a comment mentioning which class you are interested in. I’m really looking forward to these focused summer session, since I generally meet with my students once a week.

New Large Butterfly Painting at Open House: Fri, 4/25 & Sat, 4/26

This painting, finished at the end of March, is thirty inches high and sixty inches long.  It was inspired by the rice paper butterfly.

Knowing the Camera

This week, one of my students came in and needed hands-on practice using her camera.  I grabbed a vase of flowers that I had sitting around, shone a strong light on them and walked her through how to use her camera.  We took a lot of pictures, so that hopefully she will feel more confidence with her camera.  The following are two photographs that I snapped.
